What are the most important skills that you utilise in your current position?
Communication and adaptability skills are the most important skills I use in my current position. Discussions and meeting with clients are at the forefront of every audit, meaning my communication skills are constantly being developed.

I feel incredibly proud to have been shortlisted for ‘Employee of the Year’ at our UHY Manchester Annual Awards Night. It’s an honour to be recognised for my hard work and dedication, and it motivates me to continue striving for excellence in everything I do.

Adam Hope joined UHY in March 2022 after graduating from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Mathematics. He joined as an ACA trainee and has since been promoted to Audit Senior.
