Recruitment business owners across the North West will hear the Inside Track on M&A deals in the sector and have the opportunity to gain invaluable deal insights at an exclusive Deal or No Deal? UHY Hacker Young event.
Taking place at the Spinningfields Conference Centre, Manchester on Thursday 16 May at 8:30am, the event will see founding shareholders, MDs and CEOs from recruitment firms across the region hear from three experts in a closed deal room environment.
Adnan Sajid, Corporate Finance partner at UHY Hacker Young and a specialist in the recruitment deal market, will be joined by Simon Whitehead, partner at HRC Law and Matt Wilden, MD of Rencai Group to share their experiences.
The three experts will explore recruitment company valuations, how to boost multiples, and the future outlook of the M&A market. There will also be an opportunity for attendees to ask any specific M&A questions that are relevant to their business.
The event is the first in the Inside Track series of UHY corporate finance events which will run during 2019.
