We have joined forces with Passageways, a leading provider of cloud based boardroom compliance software to enhance our existing UK and global compliance service. Our services cover all of the essential company secretarial and accounting filing requirements in the UK and across 90 international jurisdictions and the addition of Passageways will allow us to provide virtual and onsite board support services.
