The UHY team are extremely proud of Eleanor for this incredible achievement of being shortlisted against hundreds of other strong candidates.
The MiMA 2022 Awards was hosted at The Kimpton Clock Tower Hotel on Thursday 3 February 2022, after having to virtual host to over 500 people in 2021. The Made in Manchester Awards celebrate the best of young talent up to the age of 35, recognising the hard work and determination many young professionals have displayed, especially with the introduction to hybrid working and adapting their services to suit this new lifestyle.
More recently Eleanor has been promoted from Assistant Manager to Audit Manager, which displays the dedication and commitment that she consistently shows to her role and colleagues. Her approachable manner means employees, including those more senior, rely upon her to offer bespoke technical insight that is tailored to whatever the audience. She manages numerous small teams of audit executives and assistants, whilst still supporting senior management in delivering a polished, finished product to the client. Her passion radiates as she recognises the importance of a strong team working behind you. Having a vast expanse of technical knowledge and enthusiasm for what you do, and why, is key to seeing the bigger picture and this is an ideology she is instilling in our future accountants.
