Tracey, National Head of Charities and Not-for-Profit at UHY, is an audit partner in our Sittingbourne office. She joined UHY in 2019 for a new challenge, and in order to work closer to home and her two small children. She has 20+ years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector and although the third sector is where her passion lies, Tracey is happy to work and build relationships with clients of all shapes and sizes.

During her career, Tracey has worked in the not-for-profit teams of some of the top 20 accountancy firms in London but has also gained experience working with commercial clients across a range of sectors.
Her current charity clients include large national names, regional charities and smaller local organisations, and her diverse portfolio includes grant giving trusts, academy and independent schools, membership associations and care and welfare charities.

Open and friendly relationships with her clients are important to Tracey and she likes to be in contact with them throughout the year, not just around the audit/accounts. One of the aspects that Tracey really enjoys about her role is the varied questions and challenges that can face her clients and how she can support them both in advisory matters and in negotiating the ‘obstacle course’ of compliance.
