In her current role as payroll director, Nicolene oversees the payroll department, leading a dynamic team that manages a diverse client portfolio through the payroll bureau services. With over 20 years of payroll experience across a variety of sectors, Nicolene is a seasoned professional in the field of payroll management. 

Throughout her career, Nicolene has gained a comprehensive understanding of payroll processing, compliance and best practices, having worked across multiple industries. She is a proud member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP), continuously enhancing her knowledge to ensure that her team remains at the forefront of payroll innovation and regulatory changes.

Nicolene is passionate about delivering accurate, timely and compliant payroll services, consistently striving to provide exceptional support to clients and employees alike.

Outside of work, Nicolene enjoys travelling to new destinations and immersing herself in different cultures. She also loves long country walks and attending various music concerts to indulge her love for live performances and diverse musical genres.
