A Fellow Member of Chartered Accountants Ireland, a Senior Statutory Auditor and a Bachelor of Laws, Michael is an exceptional accountant with strong entrepreneurial talent. He brings a wealth of expertise at creating and implementing strategies for financial health, raising finance, profit improvement, asset protection and growth and tax mitigation. He works tirelessly at building great teams and business strategies and has helped hundreds of business owners build their own financial health and prosperity during his 30+ year career.

Michael’s knowledge is not only based on a great understanding of strategy, people, finance, law, audit and tax, but also in real life experience in owning, operating and leading  a number of growing businesses (as adviser, director and non-executive director). He has developed a wide network of contacts in the UK and internationally to help clients through a wide range of financial, business, audit and tax problems. Outside of work, Michael owns and directs Harwood House, a leading Care Home with Nursing in England and a Finalist in Pinders’ Healthcare Design Award; is a Trustee Director, former Chairman and Audit Committee member of the Global Board of Biblica, an International Charity; is Chairman of Restoration Ministries promoting peace and reconciliation (particularly in Ireland); is a Governor and Audit Committee Member of the Board of Royal Belfast Academical Institution and is a Trustee Elder and Clerk in his local Church.

He has helped raise over a million pounds for charity through a wide range of projects and events. Michael enjoys walking, skiing and cycling and spending time with his family.
