George is a Director in UHY’s National Marketing & Business Development team, with over twenty years’ experience in professional services. Since joining UHY in 2004, she has built a career grounded in practical, hands‑on marketing and BD delivery, progressing to Director in 2017. She also spent a period at a major international law firm, broadening her perspective before she returned to UHY.

She specialises in pitching, helping teams shape clear, persuasive proposals that resonate with clients and prospects. Alongside pitching, George focuses on content development, targeted campaigns and the delivery of firm‑wide strategic projects. She has also played a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Group’s digital strategy over the years. 

George’s collaborative approach has supported strong relationships across the UHY network, working closely with partners and BD teams nationally and internationally. Her experience and practical understanding of the firm’s needs help ensure UHY presents a consistent, competitive proposition in a crowded market.

Having been part of UHY for more than two decades, George highly values the firm’s culture and values, and enjoys the opportunities it provides to work closely with colleagues across the network. Highlights have included national charity challenges, UK and international conferences and participating in the UHY Forum leadership academy. 

Outside work, George is a keen runner – a lockdown habit that stuck – and now uses early‑morning runs to create some calm before the reality of balancing work and family life with four children.
