Corporate Governance Behaviour Review 2021/22
We have been working in partnership with the QCA for the last nine years to produce a report on corporate governance behaviour. The report benchmarks the disclosures of companies against the QCA Code in order to highlight case studies of good practice and areas that require improvement, with the aim of helping small/mid-size quoted companies to understand how the adoption of the code can be used to improve governance procedures and communication with investors.
