What is Chaser?

Chaser is an online credit control system, which will automatically chase unpaid bills.

How does it work?

  • Chaser syncs with multiple accounting software products such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, and many more 
  • You can set up schedules on Chaser to chase outstanding bills as often as you want
  • It can help you to make sure all income has been reconciled on your bank to avoid customers being chased wrongly
  • On the date you have set up, Chaser will automatically send emails to customers to remind them of their overdue bills.

Why should I use it?

  • If you are struggling to find the time to chase unpaid invoices or if you don’t have a credit control department
  • If you have lots of unpaid invoices and you are struggling with cashflow
  • You can set up lots of different schedules on Chaser if different customers have different needs
  • As long as all income has been reconciled, a customer who has already been paid will never get chased.
