At UHY Hacker Young, we understand the importance of recruitment agencies in assisting us with our recruitment needs. However, we remain committed to directly sourcing staff where possible.
Where we deem it necessary to use the services of an agency, our Recruitment team will liaise directly with agencies where terms of business have already been agreed. No other department has the authority to instruct an agency to recruit on our behalf and we do not pay agency fees where terms of business have not been agreed.
If any candidate details are sent to us on a speculative basis by a third party, we reserve the right to contact that candidate directly without being liable for fees.
If speculative CVs are submitted to any member of UHY Hacker Young staff, we will deem this as an acceptance of this policy.
