Tracy Grazioli is the Head of Business Development and Strategy for UHY Hacker Young (East)’s Tech and Media sector, which is one of the firm’s fastest-growing sectors. With over 30 years of experience in trade finance and international banking, she has provided support to a wide range of businesses, from startups to large multinational firms. Tracy also has practical experience from managing her family business for over 17 years, overseeing a team of more than 19 staff while working full-time.

Dedicated to working with integrity and diligence, Tracy is always focused on finding effective solutions to deliver results. She takes pride in fostering strong relationships and is committed to understanding the unique challenges faced by tech companies. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys traveling to new places, hiking in the mountains, and taking her dog for long walks.
