Sarah Hardy is a senior outsourcing manager based in UHY Ross Brooke’s Newbury office. She has worked in the accountancy profession since 2000 and joined the firm in 2018 after relocating to Newbury.

FMAAT qualified, Sarah has extensive experience supporting sole traders, partnerships and limited companies across a broad range of sectors. Her work includes bookkeeping, VAT and CIS returns, management accounts, cloud accounting software, client training and support for businesses preparing for Making Tax Digital.

For Sarah, outsourcing is about much more than processing transactions or meeting filing deadlines. Sarah says the most enjoyable aspect of her role is helping clients understand their finances and, as a result, enabling them to make better business decisions.
