Rob has been in accountancy since October 2016 where he worked as a bookkeeper for a construction company. He transferred to a small accountancy practice in July 2019 before moving to UHY in February 2022. During this time, he has completed both the ACA and CTA qualifications, achieving a 100% pass rate in all his exams.

Rob’s current role primarily involves managing a portfolio of owner managed businesses providing audit, accountancy and taxation services. He also works on engagements with charitable entities and a variety of unincorporated businesses.

Since becoming a Manager, Rob has really enjoyed building relationships with clients and understanding their business on a deeper level, learning what matters the most to them.

When he is not at work Rob enjoys running, walking in the Scottish Highlands and going out on the golf course when he can.
