Richard joined UHY as an audit senior in August 2004, having trained and qualified at an East Midlands based practice. He has worked with a large number of clients in a variety of sectors during his time at UHY. His portfolio encompasses a wide range of clients, from sole traders to SME’s and larger groups, but he has a particular focus on the not-for-profit sector. Richard works on and manages audit and statutory accounts assignments for a number of charities and not-for-profit organisations, including the GFTU, the National Association of Stable Staff, When You Wish Upon A Star, Leicester Outdoor Pursuits Centre, and Nottingham Playhouse Trust Limited. Richard has also worked with his not-for-profit clients on assignments outside of the audit sphere and has helped to develop or maintain information systems and procedures for entities in their formative years or during periods of transition. In addition to his not-for-profit experience, Richard also has experience auditing groups and international clients, including Litcomp Limited, the Sherwood Press Group, and 140 Vision Express joint ventures.
