Priti is an audit director and responsible individual (RI) in our London office. She joined UHY in 2016 as a senior and became a director in 2023. She is known for her technical expertise, collaborative approach and commitment to helping clients prosper.

She has extensive experience working with a diverse portfolio of businesses - from owner-managed companies to complex corporate groups, with listed debt and international operations. Her work spans several sectors, including real estate, retail, renewable energy and infrastructure. Priti has particular expertise in the hospitality sector, working with hotels, restaurants, leisure operators and real estate-backed groups. She is well-versed in UK GAAP and IFRS, and regularly advises clients on accounting changes, technical matters and financial reporting issues. Her tailored advice helps clients meet compliance obligations while supporting informed, commercially focused decision-making.

Outside of work, Priti enjoys exploring new destinations and discovering the richness of local hospitality and cuisine, both across London and on her travels abroad.
