Pavel has managed several successful teams at R&D boutique firms and accountancy practices for the last 5 years and has completed and overseen hundreds of successful R&D claims, as well as handled HMRC compliance checks and enquiries. Pavel graduated with a law degree and, prior to moving into the R&D industry, worked in corporate governance servicing a range of medium enterprises and large multinational groups.
