Paul joined UHY Williamson Croft in February 2026 as Director of Transaction Services. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience in corporate finance, covering acquisitions, business disposals, financial due diligence, valuations, financial modelling and fund raising.

Working primarily with owner managed and family owned businesses, Paul delivers a hands on, commercial and pragmatic service to his clients. He has completed transactions across a wide range of sectors including digital and creative, leisure and hospitality, professional services, manufacturing, healthcare, property, retail and technology.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his family and friends, watching football, music and travelling.
