Miles is a manager in the UHY Hacker Young Birmingham office, having joined the firm in 2021 after graduating from the University of Birmingham with a First-Class Honours degree in Accounting and Finance. He is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant, having qualified in 2025.

Since joining UHY, Miles has worked with a broad range of clients across both the education and commercial sectors. He initially focused on supporting the firm's consultancy team, including work on projects such as CDC at PAH, while also overseeing the preparation of year-end statutory accounts for single and multi-academy trusts.

Today, Miles supports the commercial partner in leading the commercial team, managing the delivery of accounts, VAT returns and tax computations for a diverse portfolio of businesses. He is committed to providing clients with a responsive, high-quality service, ensuring they receive practical advice and reliable financial support. Alongside his client work, Miles is passionate about developing the technical knowledge of the wider team and supporting colleagues as they progress in their careers.

Outside of work, Miles enjoys playing hockey and currently represents Sutton Coldfield Hockey Club. He also enjoys spending time with his family in North Wales, making the most of the area's coastline and countryside.
