Irfan is a director in UHY’s Corporate Finance department. Irfan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has previous experience at a Big 4 firm and a regional top-30 firm.

Irfan enjoys advising business owners on a broad spectrum of advisory services, primarily assisting clients on transactional requirements such as business disposals, acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs, valuations, and private equity related deals. He has extensive experience of advising clients on transactions in a variety of sectors and takes pride in delivering a hands-on, commercial and pragmatic service.

In his spare time, Irfan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, watching (and occasionally playing) football and golf, and travelling.
