Dean joined the practice as a Chartered Accountant in 2007 and has over 20 years of experience in accountancy practice, specifically in accounts and audit services ranging from owner managed businesses to subsidiaries of international groups.

Dean enjoys the variety of the work within this sector, whether that is proactive advice to small business owners looking to establish solid accounting foundations in the formative stages of their business or working with the management and finance teams of established businesses on their own unique challenges, whether that be strategic planning or a complex audit issue.

Dean acts for a diverse client base across numerous sectors including construction, IT, logistics, retail and manufacturing and has worked with many clients in trying to add value to their accounting function such that it goes beyond a mere compliance purpose and provides strategic value and insight to business owners.

Outside of work, Dean enjoys spending time with his young family, going to the movies, travelling, watching sports and (on occasion) going to the gym to keep fit.
