Daniel joined our London office in 2023 as a turnaround and recovery director and brings 30 years of experience in this area of the accounting industry. Daniel has worked with multiple businesses within the hospitality, health, construction, property, energy, and finance sectors. He has also conducted large turnaround engagements, and high-profile complex litigation cases, requiring significant litigation funding.

Daniel joined us from a highly regarded Sydney-based insolvency firm. He previously worked for a top ten Australian accounting firm. He also brings with him 15 years of London based experience, predominantly gained at a top ten accounting firm.

Daniel’s recent engagements include advising ASX-listed pharmaceutical and technology companies on the development and implementation of their turnaround plans. He also oversaw a dispute resolution between stakeholders of an agricultural company, resulting in a sale of the 33% shareholding for a consideration in excess of AU$6 million.

Daniel has significant experience in assisting secured lenders, including banks and asset-based lenders, as well as directly advising SMEs in financial difficulty.  

Daniel has formal post graduate qualifications in both Turnaround and Insolvency (TMA Law, Accounting and Business for turnaround program/JIEB).
