Since then, he has progressed through the AAT Levels 2, 3 and 4 apprenticeships and is now studying towards his Chartered Accountant ACA qualification. 

Over the past four years, his role has developed from manual data entry for bookkeeping and VAT tasks to preparing and reviewing clients' accounts and financial statements. 

As a recently promoted manager, he is now building strong relationships with clients across the agricultural sector. Outside of work, Callum enjoys playing football and spending time at the beach with friends and family.
