Anita has more than 20 years’ experience across a wide variety of private, listed and public sector entities and manages the company secretarial department comprising of qualified and trainee governance professionals. The department undertakes all types of company secretarial duties and drafting exercises as well as managing the AGM requirements for listed and private companies.
