Corporate Governance Behaviour Review 2018/19

This year has seen the introduction of a new catalyst in improving the connection between companies and investors – the new AIM Rule 26, which now requires all companies on AIM to adopt a recognised corporate governance code.

We have benchmarked the corporate governance disclosures made from a random selection of 50 small and mid-size quoted companies and compared these against the minimum disclosures set out in the Quoted Companies Alliance (QCA) Corporate Governance Code.

Following a roundtable discussion with a group of investors to discuss the analysis, our 2018 report focuses on five practical tips to ensure a company’s published information creates value for its investors.
