Corporate Governance Behaviour Review 2017

As the shake-up of corporate governance in the UK continues to dominate the political agenda, our fifth annual Corporate Governance Behaviour Review report identifies how directors can improve their annual reporting to better connect with shareholders.

Following a roundtable discussion with a group of investors to discuss the analysis, our 2017 report focuses on five practical tips to ensure a company’s published information creates value for its investors.
