In August 2013, Parliament approved ‘The Companies Act 2006 (Strategic Report and Directors’ Report) Regulations 2013’ (‘the Regulations’). The Regulations amend the Companies Act 2006 and require all UK companies, other than qualifying small companies, to produce a Strategic Report; with certain requirements only applicable to quoted companies.
