UHY Hacker Young further strengthens Manchester team with two new partners

We are delighted to announce the expansion of its Manchester office by welcoming two new partners to its leadership team.

The new partners are:

  • Tracey Pye - appointed turnaround and recovery partner. Tracey has run her own consultancy and was previously a business restructuring partner at Top 10 accountancy firm BDO LLP.
  • Adnan Sajid – appointed corporate finance partner, he joins from Top 20 accountancy firm Menzies where he led their M&A advisory work.

The firm now has 14 partners in its Manchester office.

Tracey Pye specialises in corporate restructuring and insolvency. Tracey qualified at PwC and spent 16 years at BDO before setting up her own advisory firm. She has worked across a wide variety of complex clients and sectors including professional services, retail, automotive and hospitality.

Adnan Sajid qualified at Deloitte and has over twenty years of industry experience, including a position at Menzies as senior corporate finance director. Adnan has worked with corporations, private equity investors, and entrepreneurs with a particular focus on real estate, recruitment, and hospitality & leisure. He regularly acts as an expert witness on high-profile commercial disputes.
