WKH Chartered Accountants, a three-office firm across Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire, joins the UHY Hacker Young Group today (April 2 2012).
The tie-up will see UHY Hacker Young’s Group expand to 22 offices in the UK.
WKH, which has offices in Letchworth Garden City, Royston and Cambridge will bring an additional 40 staff and eight partners to the UHY Group.
From April 2, WKH will change its name from WKH Chartered Accountants to UHY WKH Partnership.

WKH’s sector expertise includes agriculture, academy schools, recruiters and professional firms.
Within the WKH Group are Provisio, a wealth management company, Virtual Business Source, offering payroll and bookkeeping services, and HR Service Centre, which provides HR support and consultancy.
WKH’s client base ranges across UK subsidiaries of foreign groups, dynamic mid-tier companies, owner-managed businesses, pension schemes, professional firms and charities. It offers a variety of accounting and business development services including tax mitigation and compliance, strategic planning, VAT, personal and corporate tax guidance, auditing and payroll processing.
