On 1 September 2023, Lithia & Driveway announced the acquisition of the Arden businesses representing BMW, MINI and Motorrad in Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells. These businesses will join the existing Jardine Motors Group lead by Neil Williamson, Regional President over the United Kingdom.

- 8th largest UK Retailer operating in over 50 locations across England.
- Existing BMW & MINI locations in Bury St Edmunds and Milton Keynes.
- Employs circa 2,800 staff across the combined businesses.

The deal was managed by David Kendrick and his automotive team at UHY Hacker Young who represented Arden Group. David said:
