Helping you prosper
All academy schools are now expected to have a Climate Action Plan as part of the Department for Education’s sustainability strategy. Many settings want to make progress but aren’t sure where to begin or how to keep things manageable.
To help, we’re hosting a short, practical webinar that breaks down the first steps and shows how schools can build early momentum without feeling overwhelmed.
What the session will cover
- In 30 minutes, we’ll walk through:
- What a Climate Action Plan is and why it matters
- The first realistic steps schools can take
- How the free Climate Ambassadors programme can support you
- What baseline assessments involve and what data to gather
- Examples from schools already making progress
- A live Q&A with our speakers
This session is designed to give you clarity, confidence and a simple starting point—whether you’re leading sustainability work or supporting it as part of your role.
Who should attend?
School business leaders, finance teams, sustainability leads, governors and anyone involved in shaping your academy’s sustainability or resilience plans.
