Michael Kiely

Michael joined our London office turnaround and recovery department in 2003, after thirteen years with a top ten accountancy firm. He was promoted to partner in 2007.

He has extensive experience in all corporate insolvency and turnaround matters and specialises in Administrations, Liquidations and Voluntary Arrangements.

Michael’s work largely involves pre-insolvency advice to directors, companies, creditors and banks.

He has extensive experience in a varied cross-section of business sectors including construction, retail, sports, printers, food, leisure and manufacturing.

The most high profile of his cases include the administration of Portsmouth Football Club Limited and the CVA of AEI Cables Limited.

Michael has also been involved in various retail appointments including FABG Limited, which had six food courts in England and Scotland including Burger King and other franchises.

In his free time, Michael enjoys watching and playing both football and golf.
