Caroline is a Graduate of Wadham College Oxford and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992. She joined Ross Brooke in 2017, a year later was appointed to co-lead the new Abingdon office and is now Audit Compliance Partner and Joint Managing Partner.

She is an experienced accountant and auditor who uses her skills and knowledge to ensure that clients’ needs are met. She works with business owners and stakeholders to find pragmatic approaches to audit issues and makes client service a priority. Caroline acts for a diverse client base including companies in international groups, technology companies and financial services businesses.

Caroline has a particular interest in charities and Academy trusts and has helped charity trustees with their accounts, audit and governance for over 25 years. Her pragmatic approach takes into account the regulatory environment within which charitable organisations must operate, and the current pressures on funding and resources.

In addition, Caroline and her team provide specialised reporting services such as grant audits, Solicitors Account Rules audits, service charge accounts and systems audits.

Outside of work, Caroline participates in various sports and has completed over 250 weekly 5k parkruns. She is the Treasurer to the Oxford Sexual Abuse and Rape Crisis Centre.
