Andrew joined UHY in May 2014 as a corporate finance lead advisory specialist. He qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1987 and has been involved in corporate finance transactions ever since.

Andrew’s experience covers a wide range of industries and sectors, including working in the private equity sector and on secondment into industry. Andrew has led a large number of transactions and now spends most of his time assisting clients with acquisitions and disposals, private equity transactions, flotations, valuations or fundraising. His clients range from individual owner managers through to large corporate entities. He was awarded the Corporate Finance (CF) designation in recognition of his experience.

Outside of work Andrew would like more time to play golf better and enjoys surfing and property renovation.
