Following the threat of being wound up by HM Revenue and Customs, Portsmouth City Football Club Limited entered into Administration on 26 February 2010. Given the nature of the Club’s business and Football Association rules, it was necessary for a Company Voluntary Arrangement (“CVA”) to be put in place.This is the final report regarding the implementation and completion of the CVA proposals.
