Under the Companies Acts, a number of general duties are enforced upon the Directors and Secretary of a company. With the introduction of the Companies Act 2006 and The Companies (Registrar, Languages and Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2006, we felt it necessary to produce a newsflash dedicated to these issues alone.
