Andrew Andronikou, Ladislav Hornan and Peter Kubik of our London office were appointed Joint Administrators over CTD Printers Limited on 21 November 2005.
A sale of the business as a going concern was successfully completed to a third party, Sage Print Limited, whose director Michael Sage was a former employee of CTD. The former management of CTD is not part of the new business.
The sale preserved 40 jobs and the existing business operation at its Sunbury on Thames premises.
Several parties expressed an interest in purchasing the business as a going concern but it was only Michael Sage who was interested in keeping the business in its current guise and preserving the employment of the workforce.
The company's existing client base has given the new company their full support.
