On Thursday 19 January 2006 Andrew Andronikou, Peter Kubik and Ladislav Hornan from our London office were appointed Joint Administrators to TP8 Ltd.
TP8 Ltd businesses comprises the following three divisions:
Jowetts, a food packaging business operating in Leeds from a 76,000 sq ft warehouse and employing 87 people. Jowetts has a turnover of approximately £9 million, spread across 34 clients.
Broadleys Labels, a wet label manufacturer based in Accrington, employing 45 people, with a turnover of approximately £3 million.
Hannibal Labels, a label manufacturer based in Leicester and specialising in labels for the food and cosmetic industries. This business employs 40 people and has a turnover of approximately £6.5 million.
The Administrators are marketing the businesses for sale as going concerns either as a whole or as separate entities. They have received numerous enquires and are currently fielding this interest to maximise realisations.
