Our Joint Administrators Andrew Andronikou, Peter Kubik and Michael Kiely have issued a statement setting out proposed modifications to their CVA proposals and a statement setting out their revised proposals for achieving the purpose of the Administration. This is in accordance with Paragraph 54 of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and in accordance with Rule 2.45 of the Insolvency Rules 1986.
