We can work with your management team in any or all of the following areas. We are then able to suggest improvements to your systems and the controls within them. We have also found from past experience that this process enables us to add further value to your business by reviewing the way in which you conduct business and highlighting potential errors and inefficiencies which need to be addressed.
Three levels of service
There are three levels of service that we can offer you depending upon your needs in respect of the Sarbanes Oxley act, we offer:
- consultancy and set up - You undertake the documentation and evaluation of key systems, risks and controls and we provide advice and guidance in a consultative capacity;
- working together with you - we work with you or your management team to carry out the documentation and evaluation;
- documenting - we will be responsible for the documentation alone - which tends to be the most time consuming, your management team will be responsible for testing the controls.
