Every assignment is led by an experienced partner who is an expert in his or her field. All our litigation support partners have appeared in Court and are familiar with the legal process.
The partner leading the assignment will keep in touch with you as work progresses. He or she will:
- help you identify the key issues and pre-trial strategies
- assist in locating information and documentation to support your case
- provide you with an initial assessment of the financial aspects of the claim
- produce an expert's report for use either in negotiation or litigation
- advise solicitors and Counsel throughout and act as an expert witness
We always discuss each stage of our work to ensure that you are kept fully informed of our findings and our progress.
We give sound advice, assess the strengths and weaknesses of the case, and report our findings in a clear and concise manner.
We express accounting and financial issues in simple language, avoiding jargon and explaining complex concepts clearly. Where appropriate we use the latest presentation techniques.
