Statutory filing requirements
Once a year your company is required to deliver to Companies House an annual return in the prescribed form, as a snapshot of information about your Company, its officers and members. We can prepare this statutory document for your approval and arrange its filing with Companies House together with other statutory documents including:
- Change in Accounting Reference Date
- Change in Registered Office
- Change in Directors and Secretary (or of their personal details)
