Edward Cook

Edward Cook is an insolvency practitioner and corporate recovery consultant. He established the corporate recovery department within UHY Hacker Young Manchester in 1991 practising under the title turnaround and recovery, and advising clients on all aspects of corporate and personal financial recovery.

Instructions include the sale (or other disposal) of corporate assets; financial re-structuring and re-positioning; re-financing; de-merging and advising on all aspects of business recovery.

Insolvency procedures are only put in place when the avenues of recovery have been exhausted.

Edward is also an active member of the UHY Hacker Young Property Sector Group.
