Matthew Anderson

Matthew is an audit and general practice manager within the London office business advisory and accounting department. He has worked in audit and accounting since 1990. He qualified in 1993 with a top 30 firm before joining UHY Hacker Young in early 2003.

Matthew has a broad range of client experience from audit exempt companies to fully listed groups on the London Stock Exchange. He has significant expertise in family owned companies from small owner managed businesses to large family controlled groups.

Apart from having considerable experience in preparing and auditing small FRSSE to quoted consolidated financial statements, he has a wealth of general experience including financial due diligence reporting, corporation tax planning and compliance, company secretarial and other ad hoc work and advice.
