John Lim, Dato'

Dato' John Lim is a partner in our Business Advisory Services department and is well versed with setting up effective corporate and tax structures for inward investments into the UK. As a result he has a following of clients from the Far East, particularly Malaysia and Singapore.

Dato’ John Lim recently lead our AIM team in the admission to AIM of Malaysian business, RedHotMedia International; an innovative group of media and advertising companies. He is also involved in the palm oil industry and is the Senior Non-Executive Director of the Malaysian controlled company, Anglo-Eastern Plantations plc, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange main market.

Dato’ John Lim is part of the audit team to Inch Kenneth Kajang Rubber plc, a Malaysian controlled plantation company also listed on the London Stock Exchange main market. His extensive experience spans a number of other business sectors including hotel, leisure, engineering, PR and property. He also advises clients more generally on corporate and personal tax planning as well as business strategy.

Dato’ John Lim also sits on the Board of UHY International, as a Director, and has held this position since 2000.
