Audit and Technical Manager |
Key Objective:
- To maximize the firm’s audit efficiency through the use of ProAudit.
- (In due course) to manage a portfolio of clients commensurate with a continuing role in managing the firm’s use of ProAudit.
- (Alternatively) to play a wider technical support role commensurate with a continuing role in managing the firm’s use of ProAudit.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- To assist in the implementation of Proaudit.
- To ensure that the firm obtains maximum benefit from its adoption of ProAudit.
- To be and remain a ProAudit champion/super user, a problem solver, and point of contact internally and externally.
- To create and maintain templates of
- Audit documentation for different commercial sectors
- Audit working papers
- Other audit efficiency tools
- To assist in the integration of ProAudit with the firm’s existing audit training.
- To lead the provision of continuing ProAudit training with the firm.
- To prepare and maintain suitable guidance for ProAudit users,
- (In due course) to manage a portfolio of audit clients (The size of the portfolio to be consistent with the continuing time commitment to ProAudit.)
- (Alternatively) to manage a wider portfolio of technical and training work.
- (Conceivably) a split audit/technical role
