Andy Botham joined UHY Hacker Young in 2000. He qualified as a Certified Accountant in 1981 and has twenty years experience as a Taxation Manager. He specialises in Corporation Tax, advising companies and groups on corporate restructuring and reorganisations, tax efficient remuneration and investment, and the acquisition and sale of companies.
