John Ierston

John Ierston was educated at the Kings School in Chester and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1974 and was admitted as an associate member of the Institute of Taxation in 1977. He was admitted as partner in UHY Hacker Young (then Haswell Brothers) in 1979.

John undertakes work in the following areas:

• Business taxation & planning
• Corporate Finance
• Employee incentive schemes
• Business Development advice
• Forensic investigations

John is an active member of the UHY Hacker Young Hotel and Restaurant Sector Group.

He also oversees the Financial Services department and Information Technology business operated through V-Systems (IT) Ltd.
