Over the course of his career, Andrew has acted for a number of SMEs and owner-managed businesses - principally in the property, technology and manufacturing sectors. He has a deep understanding of how a business works, having advised many on the tax aspects of acquisitions, disposals and restructurings, which he will continue to do in his new role.

Our London tax practice is our largest tax practice in the UK, and acts for clients in all areas of business, from publicly quoted companies to sole traders. Andrew will be taking over a growing department, working closely with the UHY network’s international offices in 98 countries.

“The London tax department is full of outstanding individuals. I am looking forward to working with all my colleagues in the London office and the UHY Hacker Young offices across both our national and international networks in my new role.
